After opening it, go to the following folder. This is where all the Microsoft Store related policies reside. After reboot or force updating the group policy editor, the Microsoft Store will no longer be available. As such, you cannot install new apps from the store. The installed apps should still work just fine but they will not be updated.

If that is the case, then you have to edit the registry to block or disable Microsoft store app. Though not as easy as the group policy method, it is still easy to follow. Before making any changes, back up the registry.

You can paste the below path in the address bar and press Enter. If you have the folder, skip to the next step. This action will create an empty value with no name.
