There was no warning when I did this with 3ds Max You should try installing it manually from your CD or download extraction folder. In case this fails you can then also try repairing your 3ds Max installation through ” Uninstall Programs” in Control Panel of Windows but you should not uninstall 3ds Max Populate Data before repairing.
