It was when I first got it when I had windows 7 and then upgraded to windows Then I had the update and my PC was running slow and I got impatient and I just refreshed it from settings. Now, I have to wait because my wifi is an apartment wifi and it is slow, very slow. Now I see the dot on my labtop blinking meaning windows is still recovering but I got scared and restarted my PC.
